Spurs, Chelsea, Madrid, City all in race to buy Tevez

Hi!!!!

I am so sad today. Lots of clubs are approaching United for Tevez. Tevez's agent has suggested a price tag of around 30 Millian for Argentinian Striker. Doh, I don't think after spending 30 Million on Berbatov last year, United would really be interested in spending the same amount again to keep the striker at Old Trafford. Spurs have just joined the bidders by showing interest in Tevez and claiming they would love to pay 25 Million for him.

Lets see if Tevez actually can leave for one of the mentioned clubs.

Real Madrid: Certainly yes. Richest club in the world. They will not have any problem paying this price tag. Even in the time of recession, they have plenty of dollars to spend on a quality player like him. Tevez's ball dribbling and scroring capabilities from a far range will definitely make him a good fit in Real's squad.

Manchester City: Nahh!!! I don't think so. Although they are rich at the moments, but it's not about money, it's about football. Elano also has threatened to leave if they don't renew his contract now. Abhu Dhabi based owners of City are interested in spending a huge junk of money for bringing the highly skilled strikers. Keeping all these things in mind, City will definitely make a competitive bid for Tevez. But not sure, if Tevez would like to join City. Just compare the performance of Robinho over the year. Robinho, like Tevez is a highly skilled player. But he was not able to show his real skills at the club. Ireland is always considered above Robinho. So I don't really think if Tevez will get the recognition of his actual worth. Bad choice as per me.

Spurs: A good team. Under Harry Redknapp, they came very close to catch the Europe spot from the relegation zone. Harry, as per the predictions, will get rid of Polyvechenko and Darren Bent. Both of them are super strikers, but don't get much chances to play. So if Spurs want to sell both of them, they will obtain a handsome amount of money to make a competitive bid for Tevez. But the problem is time. They will need to do it very quick because Tevez is like a Chocolate which is lying in a group of girls. Every one is pushing hard to buy him. So spurs, be quick.

Chelsea: Ahh, the biggest tragedy for me. I hate Chelsea. I accept it. I hate them because they have the skills and I don't want to like a team which has the ability to beat my team. So I have no other options other than hating them. They are rich. But where is the place for Tevez. Anelka, Drogba, Moluda, Kalou, Cole and Tevez??? Doesn't sound good. Tevez is a player which can play in any team, with any chemistry, at any position and he has just shown his interest to stay in the premiere league only. So Chelsea is looking strong to sign him. But I think, United will not let it happen. It will not be good for United. Tevez at Chelsea will be more fatal as compared to Spurs or Madrid for United.

I heard, Drogba may be leaving Chelsea this season. So Tevez may be going there. That is a real "Ooooouchhhh". I would start disliking Tevez now, very tough. SAF, please keep him na.

Manchester United: United can possibly keep him at the OT. I know he is not yet offerred a contract extension, and United is not showing any interest in him either. He has started showing some frustration as well in the media. But what I really wonder about is, Ferguson is very quiet on this topic. He is not saying anything over Tevez's exit/stay. I am sure, something is going on in his mind. United is certainly not in a condition to spend 30 million, but getting rid of Berbatov will yield enough money to keep him at OT. So what are you thinking Sir Alex, sell Berba and keep Tevez.

I want him to stay, with no second thought. Please Alex..... keep him :(

Doh.....Liverpool is also in the race now to bid for Tevez. And Inter Milan also. If he joins for Liverpool.....it would be heights of stupidity. Tevez will be a free Agent after this month. So what next, he can join any team....mind it, any team. Sir Alex Ferguson will have no control over him. He had refused to let Hienze go to Anfield two seasons back, but he cannot stop Tevez. While, on the other hand, Tevez is so frustrated with United behavior that he would not hesitate for a single second before joining a bitter rival club of United. It's certainly not wrong. If one is not being treated special after scoring so many brilliant goals, anyone will get frustrated. And so is him. The glory he could have achieved at United, he can expect the same thing from Top Clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool, and the big clubs of the world. If he wants to stay in Premiere League, certainly Liverpool is a best option.

Thanks,
Vikas

Glory Glory Man United
